They&#8217;re not ruined! It&#8217;s just a sign that it&#8217;s time to give them some love. First, clean them with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel, and if it your shoes are fairly new, or recently re-waterproofed, the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) will be revitalized just from cleaning.
