The Role
To improve the efficiency and timely despatch of Nikwax orders and reduce production downtime by thoroughly planning and preparing ahead of time.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Running the twin pack line, following the priority set by the Logistics and Distribution Supervisor.
• Assisting on the filling lines and with any Warehouse tasks, as and when required.
• Accurately recording figures on the daily output sheet.
• Promptly reporting any machinery faults, unsafe conditions, or practices to the company.
• Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and adherence to safe working practices in the Nikwax
Packing areas, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with the company’s
established standards.
We Are Looking for an Individual Who:
• Ideally has experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Holds a minimum educational qualification of GCSE level (or its equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Has knowledge of and is comfortable with basic IT skills.
• Exhibits conscientiousness and attention to detail.
• Is a team player.
You will be working in a warehouse environment within a 5-mile radius of Wadhurst, East Sussex; due to the
rural location you must have your own transport.
